These large scale, excellent vintage design earrings by Martine, show a wonderful use of vibrant enamel colors combined with Lapis-Lazuli accents. These two components converge to create a compelling, uncommon and visually interesting pair of earrings. Every forward facing surface is replete with opaque sky blue enamel with the edges finished in rich blue transparent enamel in Guilloche cels. Each top has, at it's center, a rich blue natural Lapis-Lazuli cabochon measuring 3/16 inch in diameter. Inside each bottom hoop is a rich blue fluted Lapis-Lazuli pendelope measuring 3/4 inches in length by a maximum width of 1/4 inch. Earring tops and bottoms hang freely. The tops are set with one modern round brilliant cut diamond at the bottom. Total approximate diamond weight is .15ct and overall diamond quality is H color and VS2 clarity. Total length is a bit over 2 1/8 inches and maximum width is a considerable 7/8 inch. Equipped with posts and fold-down Omega style clips. Each earring is stamped inside " Martine 18K " on a raised plate. Gross weight 28.87 grams
