This amazing vintage Henry Dunay 18K yellow gold hammered torsade style dome ring measures a full 1 3/8 by 1 1/4 inches, and rises to a full 1 inch above the finger when worn. This undoubtedly is among the largest and best executed examples of this particular genre. Dunay is known for hammered finish creations and this ring is replete with this finish on every surface. The ring is complete with a comfort grille inside plus a stabilizing spring which helps to keep this massive ring in place on the finger, rather than rolling over. Dunay, a copyright seal, 18K and 750 are stamped inside. These markings are partially obscured by the stabilizing spring. Ring size is 7 1/4. Gross weight 45.75 grams.
