This scintillating natural Spinel, while described by the Gemological Institute of America as purple, is truly a well saturated and delicate lavender, when viewed in hand. With an exact weight of 5.65 carats, it makes a distinct and very aesthetic impression. It is mounted in a 14k white gold halo style ring, set generously with thirty six brilliant cut diamonds having a total exact weight of .32 carats. Overall diamond quality is G color and VS1 clarity. GIA certificate number 5234031214 describing the center Spinel, will accompany the ring when sold. The intricate mounting is mill grained finish with a liberal presence of piercing and carving that conveys a feeling of very high quality.
