Returns are difficult for both parties, therefore we urge you to consider carefully BEFORE ordering. Be sure to ask any questions you may have in advance to avoid any misunderstanding. If upon receipt of your purchase you are not absolutely satisfied, the item may be returned for a refund, if and only if the following 3 requirements have been met:
1) The Purchaser must ship said item back to Benchmark of Palm Beach within 5 days from the date the item was received (signed for) by the Purchaser.
2) The return shipping and insurance costs are at the Purchaser’s expense.
3) Upon receiving the returned item at Benchmark of Palm Beach, our staff will examine said item to determine that it’s condition is the same as when it was originally shipped out to the Purchaser. If any alterations including sizing of the item have been made, the cost of returning the item to it’s pre-alteration condition will be deducted from the refund.
If all 3 requirements have been met to our satisfaction, a refund check will be mailed within 5 days.
