This mid to late twentieth century Tiffany & Co. casual necklace is strung with a double strand of rich, blue Lapis Lazuli 10mm beads. Punctuating the beads an 18K yellow gold rope motif station, fashioned in the manner of a rope that is loosely coiled up, and at the rear is a very innovative 18K gold 'hook and eye' type of clasp. The overall length is 19 inches. The rope motif station measures 1 inch by 7/8 inch. On the reverse side of the gold rope station is a raised plate stamped T&Co and 18K. The clasp measures 1 1/8 inches by 5/8 of an inch and is very easy to put on and to take off. On the reverse side of the clasp is stamped Tiffany & Co and 18K. Gross weight 135 grams.
