The vast majority of our pieces are “one of a kind, ” and as such, it can happen that two individuals are ordering the same item on the same day. It is for this reason that we ask you to confirm availability of the item or items of interest to you. Please contact us via Email or telephone so that we may check our inventory. At that time, if you have any further questions about our products or policies, please ask. It is very important to us that you are clear on all points,  and that you are comfortable both with our company as well as our jewelry.

All purchases must be paid for in advance in US Dollars by one of the following means:

1) Cashier’s Check.
2) Bank Wire Transfer.
3) Money Order.
4) Personal check on a US Bank:  If you opt for this form of payment, your shipment will be delayed by 10 days, as we will have to wait for your check to clear our bank.
5) Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted.*

REGARDING SALES TAX:

All Sales in Georgia add 7% Sales Tax.
All Sales in New York add 8.625% Sales Tax.
All Sales in North Carolina add 7% Sales Tax.
All Sales in Texas add 8.25%           

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are difficult for both parties, therefore we urge you to consider carefully BEFORE ordering. Be sure to ask any questions you may have in advance to avoid any misunderstanding. If upon receipt of your purchase you are not absolutely satisfied, the item may be returned for a refund, if and only if the following 3 requirements have been met:

1) The Purchaser must ship said item back to Benchmark of Palm Beach within 5 days from the date the item was received (signed for) by the Purchaser.
2) The return shipping and insurance costs are at the Purchaser’s expense.
3) Upon receiving the returned item at Benchmark of Palm Beach, our staff will examine said item to determine that it’s condition is the same as when it was originally shipped out to the Purchaser. If any alteration including sizing of the item have been made, the cost of returning the item to it’s pre-alteration condition will be deducted from the refund.

If all 3 requirements have been met to our satisfaction, a refund check will be mailed within 5 days.
