This fanciful Mid-20th Century French creation would really look right at home on a stylish lapel or in a lush forest. It was crafted so as to be so lifelike that one would almost expect it to get up and run away. Deep texture over its entire 18k yellow gold surface simulates the coarse coat of an actual wild boar. Its eye scintillates with a .02ct single cut diamond set in a platinum bezel. The boar is very three dimensional which adds to its feel of realism. With dimensions of almost 1 3/4 inches in length by 7/8 inches in height, this brooch will never be missed when worn. Two French touch marks are to be found upon close examination.
